Endorsements I endorse these companies for two reasons. First, because they each make an exceptional product and second, because the people behind the product are genuine honest folks. SABIAN I have been with Sabian since 1993. They are simply the most innovative cymbal company that is mass producing hand hammered cymbals in the world. They also have the largest variety of cymbal lines. I use mostly HH's and HHXs with a few AAX's and AAs. Yamaha Drums As I have said in the past, other than the quality and sound of the instrument, I look for the quality of the people behind the instrument. Joe Testa and the folks at Yamaha are the most artist supportive people I have met. They genuinely care about the artists' musical needs. Joe Testa and Jordan Barth manage the artist relations department like a small family business. The Yamaha Drum Company although the largest in the world, feels like a family of drummers. Let's not forget the quality of the drums. Yamaha's amazing product and constant innovations are the reasons I wanted to be an endorser. People like Joe Testa and Jordan Barth are the reasons why I'll stay with Yamaha. Regal Tip I have also been with Calato since 1993. For me they are the biggest and most reliable name in drum sticks and brushes. As people they posses all the virtue of a family business. I played Regal before I had the endorsement, and I will continue to play them. EVANS drumheads These guys make a great product. They are innovative and have a wide variety of product for every style of music. Latin Percussion without a doubt, LP makes the finest world percussion instruments on the market. Protechtor These cases are designed by drummers, for drummers. They are light weight and extremely durable. I still have my first set of protechtor cases. They have been around the world with me several times.
